This summer is all about beating the heat and summer treats. I was one of the pickiest eaters as a kid.  Ever.  When I first became a vegetarian at 12, the only "veggies" I ate were peas and corn.  And it turns out that neither peas nor corn are necessarily considered "vegetables". 

These tastings are just an awesome excuse to get some friends together and taste some deliciously nourishing foods.  This summer, an ice cream make just happens to be involved!  Check out just a sample of some of the recipes in the works:
